Mark F. Buckley is a business strategist and advisor focused on helping organizations navigate the transition to more intelligent, resilient, and regenerative infrastructure. Throughout his career, he has worked at the intersection of technology, energy, infrastructure, and the circular economy, helping organizations transform emerging innovations into scalable business strategies that create long-term economic and environmental value.
Mark currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Davies Office, where he is leading the development of Adaptive Circular Infrastructure (ACI), an innovative platform that reimagines commercial building interiors as intelligent, circular assets that reduce capital requirements, eliminate waste, and significantly lower carbon emissions throughout their lifecycle.
He is the Founder of One Boat Collaborative, a strategic advisory practice focused on regenerative business models and enterprise transformation, and a Partner at NOW Partners. Mark also serves on the Board of the Global Electronics Council and the Advisory Board of Merge4, where he advises the company on commercialization strategy, market development, strategic partnerships, and the transition to intelligent, AI-enabled power infrastructure.
Prior to Davies, Mark spent 28 years with Staples as Vice President of Facilities and Procurement and 16 years as Vice President of Sustainability. During his tenure, he helped establish industry-leading initiatives in renewable energy, responsible sourcing, circular economy, green buildings, electronics recycling, and sustainable supply chains while supporting one of the world's largest sustainable products and services businesses.
Throughout his career, Mark has focused on helping organizations recognize major market transitions and build strategies that transform disruption into competitive advantage. His work today centers on the convergence of intelligent infrastructure, electrification, Physical AI, circular economy, and regenerative business models—areas he believes will define the next generation of the built environment and energy systems.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Saint Anselm College.

Rafa Spear is Director of ReCon Core Operations at Cummins and brings more than 23 years of leadership experience in aftermarket business, remanufacturing, supply chain, strategic account management, and business development. He has successfully led startup operations, managed strategic customer relationships ranging from small growth opportunities to global OEM accounts, and is recognized for driving results through partnerships, operational transformation and circular economy initiatives. Rafa serves on the Boards of the Remanufacturing Industry Council and Sans Souci and is passionate about sustainable business growth, sustainable communities and customer success.
